Sonny sends Jason and Sam on a romantic getaway
but trouble of another sort looms. While on their cruise,
they are followed. Andrew thinks Sam is his girlfriend
and that her heart belongs to him. His girlfriend
turns out to be a Sam look-alike.
Sonny faces a new enemy--and from a unique vantage point.
There will be a nod to Jason's history involving his transition
from Jason Quartermaine-- to the man he has become, as
he re-examines his priorities.

Reese deals with the unraveling of two huge secrets:
her true identity as Charlotte, and her one night affair with Ric.
Emily finds herself moving away from Nikolas, and he her,
as they both move towards others.
Ric and Alexis go through rough times, but will come
through them still intact. (This does not involve her pregnancy,
the baby is fine.) See our Long Term Spoilers.
Jax has a disagreement with Lucky and Liz when he makes
clear his intentions are to raise his baby alone. This is what
leads to Liz and Lucky's discussion of marrying before she
gives birth in order to have Lucky listed as the legal father.
Seeing Nik and Court together infuriates Lucky.
Courtney refuses to give Jax a divorce.
Liz and Lucky try to help smooth things over between
the two broken couples.
Liz suffers from cramping which leads to a brief scare,
but, for the time being at least, her pregnancy continues.
Lucky remains untrusting of Jax's motives.
Courtney tries to sort her feelings out towards
both Jax and Nik.
Jax tells Court their life as a wedded couple is finished.
Court moves out.
Sonny moves Em into the gatehouse on his property.
Jax becomes more focused than ever on the child Liz is carrying.
Liz and Lucky's efforts to bring Nik and Em together fail.
Nik and Court's attraction "overtakes them".
Has Sonny fallen for Reese enough to forgive her when he learns the truth?
That may very well be the case when Sonny decides to turn over a new leaf
and accepts Reese' explanations for her actions regarding Carly, and
her lies about her identity. He believes that Reese' intentions are now pure.
Will he live to regret it down the line? Count on it.
When the tryst between Ric and Reese is finally revealed,
it may be over as far as Sonny is concerned, but not for Reese.

Jason's Metamorphisis
(As we previously spumored... this is just the beginning...)
Sam attempts to convince Andrew that she is not
Ali. Someone lets Sam out of the wine cellar.
Despite ongoing seizures and headaches, Jason
is able to dispose of his guards, but when Sam
comes upon both Jason and Andrew together,
she realizes something is terribly wrong.
Although Allegra permits Sam to leave with
Jason, she is not finished with them yet.
Doctors at a clinic are unable to diagnose Jason's
condition. When he awakens he has no idea who he is.
Jason is stunned and horrified to learn he is
Sonny's enforcer. He announces he has no plans
to go back to the life of Jason Morgan.

Sam is Kidnapped...
To Impersonate a Bride!
Allegra plans for Sam to pretend to be Alicia on the wedding day
AND the wedding night! Although Sam is a deadringer for Alicia, there
is one problem. Alicia is a ballroom dancer. Can Allegra teach
Sam how to dance well enough in time to fool "Alicia's" groom
to be and wedding guests?
We Meet "Andrew" August 11th.
He becomes involved with Jason and Sam.
Andrew (Justin Melvey) sets his sights on Sam.
(Interesting fact: Justin Melvey was in the Australian version of
Dancing with the Stars.)
Allegra Montenegro, who arrives Aug. 10th
is an important figure in Andrew's life.
She is an aristocrat who will cross paths with Sam.
(Short term character)
Guza, "Ric and Reese will share their secrets."
Pratt, "Will it turn them into horrible adversaries?"
Week of August 15th
8/19 Courtney and Nik agree to remain friends only.
Liz does not want the child she is carrying to be
raised by a single father.
Sam makes a desperate move.
Ric and Sonny reach a working agreement.
Sam has a rather unusual wedding night.
Reese offers to get out of Sonny’s life but first he must
convince her that he doesn’t love her anymore.
Brooke Lynn gets a phone call about nudie pics
of her on the net!
Jason continues to suffer side effects from the
experimental drug he took, including a siezure.
Jax' almost obsessive concern over his baby-to-be rachets
up several notches after his coming break up with Courtney.
Meanwhile, Liz has second thoughts about giving up this
child to a single father. Things are going to get
ugly.
Lucky reminds Elizabeth that if they were to get married
before the baby's birth he'd be the child's legal father.
Jax considers a plan to work with Durant to make Lucky
look like a dirty cop. (See our earlier hint under Spumors).
Jason loses his memory. (Will he want a career change?)

Week of August 22nd
8/22 Jason's behavior worries Sam.
(all in pink) Everyone, including Sonny, are convinced
Nik and Court are having an affair.
8/23 Neither Emily nor Jax nor Lorenzo
are interested in what their respective spouses have to say.
Carly finds herself all alone.
Ted King's last airdate before his vacation.
Nik vows to fight for Em.
Sonny warns Emily not to become like him.
8/24 Charles Hutchins plays a priest who interacts with Sam.
Jason's condition deteriorates.
When Jason regains consciousness,
he doesn't recognize Sam!
Liz doubles over in pain.
8/25 Liz comes thru her medical crisis.
Allegra has another demand for Sam.
Nik is hopeful about Emily.
Jax will not forgive Court.
8/26 Court is conflicted by her feelings
for both Jax and Nik.
Emily senses a distance in Nikolas.
Jason slips away from Sam.
Lucky accuses Jax of having a secret agenda.
Sonny forgive Reese.
After encoutering a highly emotional Carly,
Sonny and Reese make love.
Carly crumbles.
Lucky is upset with Nikolas when he finds him
in a liplock with Court.
Jason and Sam get away from Allegra
but not before Andrew is murdered.
Carly's behavior and temper frightens Mikey.
Sonny becomes concerned about Carly when she
is fearful of being around her own children.
Carly's loved ones fear for her sanity when
she has a dramatic emotional meltdown!
As if in a nightmare from which she cannot awaken,.
Carly witnesses Sonny and Reese doing the nasty.
Carly is shocked that Sonny was able to forgive
Reese, something he never was able to do with her.
Stunned, heart broken, confused and furious--she loses it.
Carly trashes Reese' place and takes her gun.
Sonny soon finds himself confronted by Carly,
and looking at the wrong end of a barrel
The teens are being watched as they go about their
business at the local university.
Jesse poses as a student at the PCU campus in order
to follow a lead regarding the mysterious phone calls.
(See our previous item pertaining to Jesse, under Spumors
below, for a hint regarding the stalker's identity.)
Someone attempts to connect with Maxie.
Allegra needs Sam to pretend to be Ali, one more time.
Sam tries, unsuccessfully to help Jason remember.
Sonny is shocked when Sam refuses to carry out an order.
The flying barware is a surprise as well.
Alexis and Ric's relationship seems to
take a turn for the better.
Week of August 29th
8/30 Jax pulls out all the stops in order to ensure
the surrogacy agreement, including pressuring Courtney
by threatening to demolish the Cassadine holdings.
(However, this action will only serve to bring Nik
and Courtney closer together.)
8/31 Seth's first airdate (Brandon Beemer).
He will be interacting with the PCU set.
Carly goes downhill fast.
Jason's welfare is Sam's primary concern.

Moving On Down The Road A Bit...Spumors!
(Disclaimer: More than rumors, not quite spoilers,
these are usually longer term items that can still change!)
Remember our rumor from waaay back when Ryan Carnes
was first cast as Lucas? Seems it is finally going to play out,
as Lucas comes out of the closet.
Get ready for Sucker #2. Ric and Reese grow closer when
Ric believes he has lost Alexis for good. It could turn out that
Ric is being played, while Reese is playing with less than a full deck.
When Alexis returns, all heck breaks loose.
Carly may lend a helping hand to Alexis.
Two brothers, wronged by the same woman?
Jax and Lucky get physical.
Liz...miscarries. (afterall!)
While Sam is off dancing, and Alicia's in town,
Jason is tried for the murder of Dr. Thomas.
Ric will defend Jason in court.
Sonny gets a new roommate when he feels compelled
to protect Emily from the big bad wolf-er-Nikolas.
Courtney gives in to her desire for Nikolas when
she believes Jax intends to divorce her.
Jax goes after Nikolas where it hurts...his wallet.

Carly and Lorenzo are not yet over.
Emily finds herself smack dab in the middle of a touchy
situation involving Ric, Reese, and Sonny.
We haven't seen the last of the actress who plays Jodie.
Nik and Court feel great remorse immediately after
hopping in bed together. It suddenly dawns on Courtney that
Jax is the man she really wants to be with. In fact, one could
say their regret seems to take on a life of its own.
Seems Jax has something in common with Sonny and Alexis
on this awful day, when Jax learns about Nikolas and Courtney's
sexual encounter.
Is Lucky going "badboy", or merely carrying out his
duties as an undercover cop? (Will he encournter "Alicia"
when she comes to town? Will Jax?)
Ric, Sonny, and Alexis bond over the crisis involving the birth
of her baby. Alexis and Sonny's friendship is renewed.
Don't expect Tracy and Luke's marriage to end any time soon!
This Fall, Ric may have to choose between Alexis' life
and the life of their baby when serious complications arise.
Ric (Alexis will likely be unconscious when a decision
needs to be made) chooses Alexis. In the end, both mother
and child survive. She is finally assured that Ric wants
to be married to her because he loves her, baby or no
baby. She is able to forgive him for his ONS with Reese,
and they are reunited.
Oh yes indeedy, our earlier rumors are much more than that-
Sam's "twin" is a ballroom dancer! We're sure!
AND...
The writers really do want to explore Sonny and Emily as a
romantic pairing (will they be able to convince Maurice?).
We will be seeing a Reese/Sonny/Emily triangle for a while.
They plan to take it slow and see what happens.
Jason undergoes a metamorphosis.
Helena returns this Fall.
The Reese/Sonny/Carly story will be wrapped up this Fall.
Someone from Jesse's past has an impact on PC's teens.
Sonny faces a new enemy.
Sonny cuts Reese out of his life when he learns of the ONS.
Ric and Alexis break up again when his one night stand with
Reese is publicly revealed.
